2022 Is off to a hot start.

More than ever you must have an AMAZING agent to help you through this market.  There are still deals out there, you must have a hard working, knowegable, dedicated agent that has your best interest at heart.  Let me give you an example of a sale of the Lake Ozark condo on March 4 2022.  This client signed a buyer's agency with John Garrett to find a Condo at the Lake of the Ozarks.  The buyer lived out of state so it was not easy to see new listings before they were already sold.  After two or three trips to the Lake to look at condos that were not very desireable and or were overpriced,  I found out about a new listing that was coming on the market at a great price.  My client was able to preview the property and get it under contract BEFORE it even hit the market!
